Currently, President/CEO, DSE Consulting Incorporated and Founder of Team ProVision. Dale has 30+ years in the corporate market, of which 25 years in the management field. His interactive style, which is totally outside the norm, is well received by audiences everywhere.

The “Why Man” has been delighting audiences with his energetic style, humor and “Straight Talk” approach public speaking seminars since 1973. He has presented hundreds of public speaking presentations at a multitude of venues. Designed, developed and implemented countless public speaking seminars with subjects covering a wide variety of business processes such as Time Management, Team Building , Marketing Strategies, Prospecting, The Art of The Close, Lean Manufacturing Principles, Goal and Objectives and motivational seminars.
